This is the new web site and blog posts will be hosted here from now on.

The latest happening is the addition of an Anycubic Photon printer. This is a DLP resin printer. But before you jump to the conclusion that this is the future- understand a couple of minor issues.

Yes, for less than $400 you have a machine that can print a limitless supply of miniatures in any scale. I have been playing around with some 15mm sci-fi and a quick trip to Thingiverse yielded the following.

Most men will fundacionvision.org.pa acquisition de viagra find that after a certain age, testosterone production diminishes and therefore requires a bit of help moving forward.

The Anycubic Photon has a very small build platform but can still print 13 of these chaps at a time. The resin stinks really bad and needs to be cured in the sun. The finished models are tricky to get right. Supports have to be added in many areas and they can be tricky to remove. Snipping with cutters does not work as the resin tends to shatter and break away from where you are attempting to cut. I really do not like the material when finished and would prefer metal or styrene plastic instead.

Still, for things like the figures pictured it is perfect. It is impossible to sell those figures and therefore no point in attempting to make a mold. Yet I want some for my own use so the printer is a good option.

I plan to buy a Phrozen Shuffle XL in the very near future. This is large enough to print a 1/32 scale car body for racing.

Frankly the web site problem has derailed things for way too long. I am thankful that it is back to normal and the Maker Spcae can get back to making things.
